Return & Refund Policy 

 

As each print is made with care and the information about size is clearly stated, returns are not accepted. 

 

If your item arrives to you damaged please send a picture to jessica@vanillacooldance.com that clearly shows the damage and you will be eligible for a replacement of the same product.

Items that do no arrive because of a wrong or incomplete address or items that are not picked up in time from their pick up location or are returned because custom fees have not been paid are not eligible for a replacement or a refund. 

 

Shipping & Costs

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. If there is suspicion of an incorrect address an e-mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address to check the information. Please note that the artist is not obligated to do this. If there is no response, the prints will be send to the provided address. The artist is not responsible for any incorrect address information. The customer will not be eligible for any returns or replacements if the package does not arrive because of this. 

 

 

Intellectual Property

 

The purchases are for personal use only. The prints are not allowed to be copied, sold or used for any commercial purposes. The copyright of the design will remain the property of the artist, Jessica Stahl aka Vanillacooldance, at all times. If the customer fails to comply with these conditions legal actions will be taken for copyright infringement and all legal fees will be for the customer. 

 

Prices

 

The prices are subjected to change at all times without prior notice. The prices on the website are calculated in Euros. The artist is not responsible for any conversion fees.
